This Privacy Policy explains what FLHVACPrep (operated by Hilogistic, Corp) collects and how we use it. FLHVACPrep is a brand operated by Hilogistic, Corp, a Florida corporation.
Information we collect
- Contact form data. If you message us, we receive the name, email, and message you submit (via Netlify Forms) so we can reply.
- Purchase data. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — Stripe handles payment data under its own privacy terms. We receive confirmation of a completed purchase and the email associated with your access.
- Account data. If you buy access, we store the email and a securely hashed password you set, so you can log back in.
- Analytics. We use privacy-respecting analytics (Google Analytics 4) to understand aggregate, non-identifying usage such as page views and device type.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in to paid access, and analytics cookies to measure aggregate usage. You can block cookies in your browser; essential login features may not work without them.
How we use information
To provide access to what you purchased, reply to your messages, keep the service secure, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.

We share data only with the processors that run the service — Stripe (payments), our hosting/forms provider (Netlify), and Google Analytics — each under its own terms, and only as needed to operate the site or comply with the law.
